I’ve given up on the Atkins Diet for the last two weeks; I just can’t maintain it during phase 2 where you are allowed “a few” carbs. I’ve started drinking Slim-Fast shakes as meal replacements 1-2 times a day, and I’ve tried to watch what I eat for other meals.
The results have been unspectacular, but not unexpected. I’ve lost about 3 pounds in the last two weeks, and the Navy Circumference chart says I’m down to 29% body fat.
